Funeral services for Drumright resident, Clifford Creekmore, will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 8, 2021 in the Drumright River of Life Christian Center. Interment will follow in Terlton, Oklahoma. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care of Michael’s Funeral Home of Drumright. Clifford was born in Grove, Oklahoma on October 16, 1928 to the late Charles Creekmore & Dovie (Dawson) Creekmore. He passed from this life in Tulsa, Oklahoma on February 2, 2021 at the age of 92 years, 3 months, & 17 days. Clifford was raised & educated in Oilton. He married Linda Mae Allen in Forester, Missouri on July 6, 1966. In 1979, they moved from Tulsa to Drumright. Clifford had worked as a self-employed mechanic for O.G. & E. For many years he drove a school bus for the Oak Grove School District. He was also an accomplished musician and was a regular performer at the Ingles, Perkins, & Terlton Senior Centers. He loved to travel, work on cars & his tractor, go camping, visit & tell stories, and spend time with his family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a SON: Jason Creekmore in 1985; 4 BROTHERS: Lonnie – Dewey – Charles - & Ted; 2 SISTERS: Shirley White & Lela Robinson.
His remaining family includes his WIFE: Linda Creekmore of the home; 2 SONS: Matt Creekmore of Terlton – Jeffrey Creekmore of Drumright; DAUGHTER: Julie Creekmore of Drumright; GRANDCHILDREN: Austin – Emyli - & Jayda; SISTER: Lucille Lee of Cushing; plus NUMEROUS Nieces – Nephews – Cousins - other relatives & friends.
