Good intentions

I had a sort of an epiphany this week. As I pulled the 2021 calendar off my wall and tacked up 2022, it seemed like I was switching 2020 out with 2021 just a couple weeks ago. Where do these years go so fast? They didn’t zip by like this when I was a kid. Sometimes they took forever. Right after I turned nine, all I wanted to be was 10.
